Common Topics
- Favorites not saving — make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store.
- Notifications not arriving — turn on Notify Me in Favorites, then check Settings > Notifications > Showdrop and confirm Allow Notifications, Notification Center, Lock Screen, and Banners are enabled.
- Restore Premium Access and Settings — use this on another iPhone or after a reinstall to restore your Premium subscription first, then recover saved settings and favorites.
- Premium access restored but saved data is missing — confirm you are using the same Apple ID you used when you turned on restore, then try the restore flow again on a stable connection.
- Switching or canceling your plan — open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, open Subscriptions, and manage Showdrop Premium there.
- Refunds — canceling does not automatically issue a refund. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- App feels slow or crashes — force-quit and reopen. If the issue persists, email us with details.
